Buildhub GroutFill Tile Grout Cement 5kg

The Buildhub GroutFill Tile Grout Cement is a premium polymer-modified cementitious grout formulated to provide long-lasting, stain-resistant, and aesthetically consistent tile joints in domestic and commercial tiling installations. Available in 20 carefully developed standard colors — from classic Brilliant White through to deep Charcoal and Slate Grey — GroutFill delivers color-consistent joints that maintain their appearance through the years of wet, traffic, and cleaning exposure that floor and wall tile installations routinely experience.

The polymer modification of GroutFill provides two critical performance advantages over standard unmodified cementitious grouts. First, the polymer system significantly increases the flexural strength and adhesion of the hardened grout, reducing the incidence of grout cracking and joint failure in response to substrate movement, thermal cycling, and impact from dropped objects — particularly important in large format tile installations where rigid grouts are most susceptible to cracking. Second, the polymer fills the capillary pores of the grout matrix, creating a much lower-absorption surface that resists the penetration of water, oils, food colorants, and cleaning chemicals that cause permanent staining in standard grouts.

GroutFill is suitable for wall tile joints from 1mm to 8mm and floor tile joints from 2mm to 12mm width. It is compatible with all standard ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass mosaic, and encaustic tile types, with specific guidance for natural stone applications (where acid-sensitive stones require colour fastness testing) available in the product data sheet. Movement joint design guidance (compressible sealant joint spacing recommendations) is provided for large-format tile installations.

Buildhub GroutFill is supplied in 5kg bags covering approximately 5m² of standard wall tiling per bag. Bulk 20kg packs are available for commercial tiling projects.
