4. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by BuildHub. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product unavailability (e.g., supply chain issues), pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payment methods including major credit cards, bank transfers, and other options available at checkout.

  • Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping (logistics) costs, applicable sales taxes, and coastal delivery fees may apply.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery varies by project location and volume. BuildHub specializes in coastal California delivery.

  • Delays: BuildHub is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including severe weather, port delays, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of construction materials (cement/concrete), returns are subject to strict quality control.

  • Eligibility: Unopened, undamaged bags may be eligible for return within 30 days, subject to inspection. Bulk/silo deliveries are generally non-refundable once discharged.

  • Process: Refunds are processed to the original payment method after material inspection.
