The chemistry of FoundaShield is carefully optimized for below-ground performance. Its moderate C3A content provides better sulphate resistance than standard high-strength cements while maintaining the early strength gain that foundation construction programs demand. Its high fineness reduces the water demand required to achieve a workable consistency, allowing lower water-to-cement ratios in foundation concrete mixes that directly improve both strength and durability without requiring high doses of water-reducing admixtures.
